Cherish-Hospice is looking for a Director of Clinical Services (DCS) in the Canton area. The DCS will supervise interdisciplinary group care, delegate nursing services, and establish goals for hospice services. Key responsibilities include coordinating patient services, supporting the clinical team's continuous enhancement efforts, interpreting operational indicators, evaluating clinical team performance, maintaining patient records, orienting new personnel, assisting in organizational performance evaluations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
