Experian is hiring a Director of Collections to provide strategic leadership and end-to-end accountability for its Collections software portfolio. The role manages multiple concurrent programs through initiation, implementation, production service, and continuous improvement; oversees delivery strategy, interdependencies, resources, capacity, and organizational transformation; and collaborates with Product, Delivery, Operations, Support, and Enterprise Architecture stakeholders. The position requires strong credit risk and financial services knowledge, software delivery and Agile experience, large-program management experience, a relevant degree, and strong stakeholder relationship skills.
