KIPP DuBois Collegiate Academy is hiring a Director of College Counseling to lead the grades 9–12 college and career strategy, manage the annual college match and matriculation goals, oversee student data and partnerships, and coach and develop junior and senior seminar counselors. The role also plans college visits, family workshops, career exploration, and other postsecondary access programs while ensuring individualized guidance for students and families. A bachelor’s degree and experience guiding high school students through college selection, admissions, financial aid, and scholarship applications are required; a master’s degree and experience teaching in a school serving historically underserved students are preferred. The position offers a starting salary of $95,000–$100,000 and comprehensive health, retirement, and financial advising benefits.
