GoDaddy is hiring a remote Director of Commerce Support to lead the organization responsible for merchant onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, payment processing, issue resolution, and ongoing success. The role will define business strategy, drive AI-enabled transformation, improve merchant outcomes, and manage service delivery, workforce planning, operational health, and P&L performance. Candidates need at least 8 years of leadership experience in customer support, customer success, payments, commerce, fintech, or related industries, plus experience in payments and SMB commerce, AI and automation, and transformation in complex organizations. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits, with compensation ranging from $142,500 to $278,000 USD depending on location.
