Episcopal SeniorLife Communities is hiring a Director of Community Dementia Services to provide operational leadership for its Community Dementia Services portfolio. The role oversees GUIDE Model care navigation, caregiver support, respite coordination, dementia-friendly programming, referrals, enrollment, care planning, quality improvement, financial oversight, reporting, compliance, and community and partner relationships. It also supervises assigned dementia-services staff and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in aging or dementia services, and 5–7 years of management experience. The starting salary is $90,000 annually, with medical, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
