Description
CloudLinux is hiring a Director of Corporate Development to own the company's inorganic growth agenda, including acquisition origination, screening, evaluation, financial planning, deal structuring, negotiation, post-close integration, and strategic alliances, joint ventures, and commercial partnerships. The role also partners with the CFO on long-term strategy and debt or equity financing, and will build the corporate development function's playbooks, models, and pipeline infrastructure. It is fully remote with flexible hours and requires at least eight years of combined experience across corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory, including direct origination and due diligence.
