Description
CloudLinux is hiring a Director of Corporate Development to own the company's inorganic growth agenda, including acquisition pipeline origination, screening, evaluation, financial planning, deal structuring, negotiation, post-close integration, and strategic alliances, joint ventures, and commercial partnerships. The role also partners with the CFO on long-term strategy and debt or equity financing and will build the corporate development function's playbooks, models, and pipeline infrastructure. It is fully remote with flexible hours and requires at least 8 years of combined experience across corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory, including direct origination and due diligence.
