eSentire is hiring a Director of Cyber Resilience and Risk Strategy to lead its CISO and Advisory Services practice. The role combines cybersecurity leadership with business development, client advisory, governance, risk assessments, resilience programs, executive reporting, and service innovation. It requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of cybersecurity, risk management, governance, or technology leadership experience, including 5+ years leading complex consulting engagements. The role is hybrid for candidates within 50 km of the Waterloo, Ontario office and fully remote for those farther away, with a base salary of CAD 180,000 to 200,000.
