Description
MoonPay is hiring a Director of Data & Analytics to own the direction, roadmap, and operating model for Product Data & Analytics across Product and Engineering. The role will build and lead a cross-disciplinary team of Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers, and Data Analysts; establish data infrastructure, metrics, experimentation, and reporting standards; partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Compliance; and mentor senior contributors. The position requires at least 10 years of experience in data science, analytics, or analytics engineering, including significant management or leadership experience and a track record of building or scaling a data function. The salary band is $360,000–$410,000 USD, with hybrid work available.
