Description
Second Front Systems is hiring a Director of Data & Analytics to build and lead its centralized data and analytics function from the ground up. Reporting to the VP of Finance, the role owns the data lifecycle, including data architecture, integrations, governance, KPI definitions, dashboards, executive and board reporting, analytics platforms, and security. The position is hands-on and strategic, requiring 8+ years of data, analytics, or business intelligence experience, including 3+ years leading a function or company-wide initiative, and experience creating an analytics capability from little or none. The role is full-time, based in one of four approved hiring hubs, and offers a base salary of $200,000 to $230,000 plus potential equity and discretionary bonuses.
