proSapient is hiring a Director of Data Engineering to lead a strategic rebuild of its data platform for intelligent, agent-driven systems. The role partners closely with the CTO on build-versus-buy decisions, external partnerships, and internal talent development, while leading multidisciplinary data and AI engineering teams. Responsibilities include unified AI search using vector, keyword, and GraphRAG methods; multi-agent and human-in-the-loop workflows; knowledge graph and data-enrichment pipelines; cross-cloud orchestration across AWS and GCP; production LLM and RAG oversight; and engineering efficiency, agile delivery, and technical-debt reduction.
