Description
Washington State University’s Carson College of Business is hiring a Director of Development 3 or 4 to advance fundraising through donor cultivation, major gift solicitation, planned giving, annual giving, proposal development, outreach, and relationship management. The role manages a portfolio of approximately 125–150 donors, plans at least 20 solicitations, secures 12–16 major gift pledges, and carries an annual fundraising goal of $750,000 for level 3 or $1,000,000 for level 4. It is a permanent, full-time position based at the Pullman, Spokane, or Seattle, Washington campuses, with extensive travel and evening/weekend work required.
