Catalyst is hiring a remote Director of Development to lead its major gifts strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth. The role develops and executes fundraising opportunities, cultivates corporate, foundation, and individual donors, secures major and transformational gifts, manages high-value donor portfolios, and coordinates with executive leadership, revenue, communications, and program teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 6–8 years of progressive fundraising experience with a strong major-gift focus, and a demonstrated record of closing six-figure gifts.
