Earth Species Project (ESP) is seeking a Director of Development to lead their fundraising strategy and implementation. This role involves expanding the donor base and revenue streams, focusing on major gifts, foundations, and government grants. The Director will supervise an existing Development Manager and recommend team expansions. Key responsibilities include developing and executing fundraising strategies, identifying and cultivating prospects, managing donor engagement, ensuring scientific fluency, and leading cross-functional efforts.
