Description
Empire Justice Center is hiring a Director of Development for its Albany office to lead and manage the organization's comprehensive fundraising program. The role oversees individual giving, major gifts, foundation and institutional giving, corporate and law firm support, annual giving, donor cultivation and stewardship, fundraising campaigns, events, and donor relationships. It requires at least five years of director-level development experience with an $8M+ nonprofit, strong writing and proposal skills, CRM experience, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe. The position is a 35-hour full-time role requiring travel to the Albany office three days per week, with health insurance and other benefits.
