Thompson Thrift is hiring a Director of Development in Denver, Colorado, to oversee a portfolio of multifamily real estate development projects across the West Region from initial LOI through construction loan closing. The role manages entitlements, due diligence, budgets, approvals, consultants, site investigations, legal and utility matters, and project documentation while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, at least six years of relevant real estate development experience, and at least three years of management experience. The Colorado pay range is $150,000–$165,000 USD.
