Description
InvestorFlow is hiring a DevOps/SRE Engineering Manager to lead the strategy, reliability, delivery throughput, cost, and technical governance of its cloud-native platform. The role owns Azure, AWS, and Snowflake infrastructure; CI/CD and release engineering; infrastructure as code; identity and access management; incident response; observability; AI-assisted engineering operations; and vendor and cost management. It also leads hiring and development of DevOps and SRE engineering teams. The position requires 8+ years of DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience, including 3+ years leading engineering teams, with deep production-scale Azure experience and strong hands-on technical and leadership capabilities.
