Description
The Director of DevOps Engineering owns the organization’s CI/CD pipeline architecture, DevSecOps controls, ephemeral development and test environments, release management, and progressive delivery strategies. The role leads a hands-on DevOps engineering team, partners with Security, Engineering, and QA, and drives deployment tooling, Kubernetes orchestration, observability, DORA metrics, and continuous improvement. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5–8 years of DevOps, Release Engineering, or Software Engineering experience are required, along with 5+ years of leadership experience and proven CI/CD and release-process expertise.
