Description
Rapyd is hiring a Director of Domain Ownership (Director of Product Engineering) to lead approximately 10–15 senior Domain Owners and set technical and product direction across teams. The role owns commercial impact, reviews architecture and specifications, hires and develops senior leaders, and drives AI-augmented delivery. Candidates should have 10+ years in R&D or Product Management, 3+ years leading engineering or product teams, strong hands-on technical knowledge, experience with AI tools and LLM orchestration, and the ability to lead distributed, multicultural teams.
