Ballerina Farm is hiring a full-time Director of E-Commerce to lead the company's online customer journey and oversee E-Commerce and Customer Support operations. Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, the role will drive online revenue, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, profitability, and operational efficiency; manage KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and departmental performance; and build high-performing teams. The position requires at least seven years of progressive leadership experience in e-commerce, retail operations, customer experience, or a related field, along with expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital merchandising, website optimization, customer support, and business analytics.
