Arc Broward is hiring a Director of Education Services to lead the development, design, and oversight of private-school education and related services for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The role oversees IEPs and service plans, academic and enrichment instruction, therapy integration, curriculum, staffing, budgets, facilities, regulatory compliance, accreditation, enrollment, records, quality assurance, safety, and family engagement. Candidates need a master’s degree in educational leadership or a related field, professional teaching certification, and 5–7 years of special education leadership experience, along with experience teaching pre-K and elementary students with autism and developmental disabilities.
