Description
The Director of EH&S supports multiple operating divisions across a designated region by developing and overseeing loss prevention, regulatory compliance, safety training, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, and injury recovery programs. The role requires extensive travel across the company’s footprint, frequent division-level audits and walkthroughs, coordination with HR and operations, and strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, and OSHA requirements. Candidates need at least five years of safety professional experience, a valid driver’s license, frequent travel availability, and OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification.
