Description
The Director of Engineered Solutions leads proposal development, applications engineering, customer technical support, project readiness, order approval, and order-package development for engineered-to-order products. The role partners with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service to review customer specifications and commercial terms, mitigate project risks, support customer meetings, and transfer approved projects to operations. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, 10+ years of relevant experience, and 5+ years leading engineering or technical solutions teams.
