The role leads engineering activities from concept through commissioning, sets priorities, mentors engineering staff, oversees mechanical design and manufacturing execution, and coordinates with sales, manufacturing, vendors, customers, and leadership. It requires 10+ years of progressive mechanical or custom equipment engineering experience, engineering leadership, strong SolidWorks proficiency, and occasional travel; the hiring range is $140,000–$170,000 annually, with a full range extending to $200,000, and offers a hybrid work environment.
