Description
PF Holdings is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead strategic oversight, capital planning, and execution across all plant locations. The role owns the capital budget and delivery of capital projects, oversees engineering activities and plant assets, leads engineering and capital-project teams, coordinates with operations and vendors, maintains internal controls and compliance, and presents capital expenditure metrics to executive leadership. Candidates need an engineering-related degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of experience in capital projects, engineering, manufacturing, industrial project management, or similar work, plus advanced knowledge of plant assets, automation controls, process planning, reliability planning, and project management. Mining experience and a master's degree are preferred.
