Description
Chromalloy is hiring an on-site Director of Engineering to lead approximately 40 engineering professionals at its Tampa Castings facility and drive growth in aerospace investment casting. The role oversees production and process engineering, tooling, dimensional/layout engineering, new product introduction, process automation, digital manufacturing, yield improvement, capital projects, and engineering talent development, while partnering with operations, quality, EHS, HR, customers, and regulatory stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least 10 years of progressive aerospace or advanced manufacturing engineering leadership experience, and direct experience with aerospace investment casting and large engineering teams.
