Description
MediCircle is hiring a Director of Engineering to lead the development and expansion of its national medication redistribution platform. The role combines hands-on technical execution with engineering leadership, including architecture, backend and full-stack systems, DevOps, reliability, security, AI adoption, delivery performance, and team building. The Director will partner with product, operations, compliance, and executive leadership to translate business priorities into a scalable engineering roadmap and will recruit, mentor, and manage engineers.
