This role involves overseeing the engineering systems, standards, and processes to ensure reliable and timely software delivery. The Director will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Product, Data Science, and cross-functional teams, to advance the EMRge platform. Key responsibilities include defining development standards, managing quality frameworks, championing security and compliance, driving architectural consistency, and improving engineering maturity.
