Description
Robin Radar is hiring a Director of Engineering to lead the operational transformation and rapid scale-up of its largest division. The role co-owns engineering strategy with the CTO, executes the annual engineering business plan, manages R&D budgets, expands engineering from 100 to 200+ FTEs, directs software, hardware, RF, systems engineering, and SVVT domain leaders, oversees multi-disciplinary radar programs, and develops technical talent. The position is HQ-based in The Hague with occasional travel to field sites and test facilities.
