RoslinCT is hiring a Director of Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for facility, systems, equipment, computerized system validation, process engineering, and metrology at the Hopkinton facility. The role oversees GMP-compliant plant operations and modifications, manages shutdowns and budgets, supports audits and inspections, and handles deviations, CAPAs, investigations, and root-cause analysis. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or science, at least 10 years of life sciences experience, and experience managing multidisciplinary direct reports in complex organizations.
