Description
EatClub is hiring a Director of Engineering to lead a department of managers and individual contributors, partner with Design, Product, and Technology leadership, and execute high-impact engineering initiatives. The role focuses on engineering culture, roadmap execution, technical ambiguity, AI adoption, architecture, commercial impact, and recruiting top engineering talent. It requires at least five years of engineering management experience, at least one year managing managers, strong ownership and commercial sense, and a track record of recruiting individual contributors and managers. Hands-on experience with agentic AI development, two-sided market products, and hospitality products are preferred.
