TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Director of Engineering, Home Networking Software Platform to lead embedded software platform development for next-generation residential networking devices deployed across a large network and IoT ecosystem. The role manages engineering managers and cross-functional delivery across hardware, manufacturing, cloud, and mobile teams; owns platform strategy, architecture, quality systems, security, roadmap, and product lifecycle execution; and builds global engineering teams. The position requires 10+ years of professional software development experience, 5+ years of engineering management experience, and expertise in embedded systems, networking, scalable software, and consumer home networking products.
