Description
Triple Whale is hiring a Director of Engineering to lead its Measurement engineering organization, which spans approximately five teams and 15 engineers. The role is approximately 70% management and 30% hands-on technical work, combining people leadership, hiring, organizational structure, performance management, strategic engineering direction, cross-team coordination, and deep involvement in distributed systems, data pipelines, production reliability, and AI-assisted workflows. The position requires at least two to three years of experience managing engineering teams and leads, a strong individual-contributor engineering background, significant big-data and data-engineering experience, and the ability to work from the Jerusalem office at least three days per week.
