Description
Turnkey is hiring a Director of Engineering to lead its Product Engineering organization, which owns TEE- and HSM-based key management and signing systems, APIs, SDKs, transaction processing, and independently verifiable security infrastructure. The role reports to the CTO/Co-Founder, owns technical strategy and architectural direction, manages hiring and development of engineering managers and senior individual contributors, and drives security, scalability, reliability, quality, and engineering processes. Candidates should have experience managing multi-team engineering organizations, leading security-critical systems, shipping developer-facing products at scale, and working in crypto, web3, or FinTech environments. Compensation is $250,000–$290,000 USD.
