EisnerAmper is hiring a Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics to set the firm’s enterprise data and analytics strategy, modernize legacy platforms onto Microsoft Fabric, establish Azure and Microsoft ecosystem standards, define financial and professional-services KPIs, set data governance and risk controls, consolidate structured and unstructured data, and build a high-performing data organization. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least 18 years of enterprise data and analytics leadership experience, and 5+ years in a senior leadership role with hands-on Microsoft Fabric modernization experience. The position is hybrid and prefers Iselin.
