Snorkel AI is hiring a Director of Expert Supply Growth to build and lead the end-to-end strategy for acquiring and activating high-quality experts for its AI Expert Network. The role owns a multi-channel portfolio including paid acquisition, recruiting, referrals, community, industry and higher-education partnerships, and BPO and staffing vendors; it sets acquisition targets, channel economics, attribution, growth metrics, and operating systems while managing partner risk and cross-functional workflows. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office in San Francisco, California, or New York City, and offers a salary of $200,000 to $310,000 plus equity compensation.
