Director of Facilities at Chromalloy

Chromalloy is hiring a Director of Facilities to oversee a $200M manufacturing operation, including current facility management, capital expansion projects, and the potential development of a newly built manufacturing facility. The role leads project coordination, preventative and predictive maintenance, Lean and 6S initiatives, contractor and stakeholder communication, and a team of 15–20 employees. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of manufacturing facility experience, and 5+ years managing large capital expansion projects and maintenance programs. The position may require evening, weekend, and holiday work and is limited to U.S. persons.
