Director of Facilities at Unusual Machines

Unusual Machines is hiring a Director of Facilities to lead facilities operations across corporate, warehouse, manufacturing, and fulfillment locations in the Orlando area. The role oversees expansions, buildouts, leases, vendors, preventative maintenance, security, emergency preparedness, budgets, moves, and facility readiness while coaching the Facilities Manager and building scalable processes for a rapidly growing organization. Candidates need at least 10 years of facilities leadership experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or fast-growth operational environments, along with strong construction, vendor, security, and multi-site experience. Compensation is $135,000–$150,000, with medical, dental, vision, equity, retirement, paid time off, holidays, and catered lunches.
