Director of Fiber Construction at Maverick Corporation

Maverick Corporation is hiring a Director of Fiber Construction to serve as the senior operational and commercial leader for its fiber and OSP construction division. The role owns end-to-end FTTH/FTTX and OSP project delivery, division P&L performance, client and subcontractor relationships, field operations, safety, and team development, while also supporting strategic business development and reporting to the Operating Partner. The position is based in Boston with regular travel to active job sites, client offices, and field crews, and requires at least 10 years of progressive OSP or fiber construction experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
