Brown RISD Hillel is hiring an on-site Director of Finance & Administration in Providence, Rhode Island, reporting to the Executive Director. The role leads accounting, budgeting, payroll, benefits, insurance, audits, financial reporting, development funds, board governance, risk and business continuity, student financial controls, facilities, and human resources. It requires at least five years of finance leadership experience in a nonprofit or community-engagement organization, eight or more years of progressive nonprofit or mission-driven leadership experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong financial, project management, and administrative skills. The salary range is $100,000 to $110,000, with health insurance and other benefits.
