Description
Burkland is a remote-first company that helps venture-backed startups with their financial operations. As a Director of Finance, you will lead a team of consultants, oversee financial operations, and serve as a strategic partner to clients. You will be responsible for monthly close oversight, board-level reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and investor communications. You will also implement Burkland’s standardized FP&A frameworks and tailor processes to each client’s needs. Additionally, you will mentor junior consultants and track client success metrics.
