Cavista Holdings is hiring a Director of Finance to develop and execute the group's financial strategy, governance, capital allocation, financial controls, reporting, treasury, and performance-management systems. The role partners with executive leadership, the Board, and portfolio-company executives to support investment decisions, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, tax planning, financial transformation, and enterprise growth. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, a professional accounting qualification, and at least 20 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 8 years in a senior finance leadership role.
