Description
eSentire is hiring a Director of Finance to lead corporate financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, compliance, financial systems, payroll, equity governance, audit relationships, and M&A integration. Reporting to the CFO, the role manages a team of 10 or more direct and indirect reports and requires 10+ years of progressive financial leadership and accounting experience, an active CPA or CA designation, and strong US GAAP, SaaS, consolidation, and ASC 606 expertise. The role is hybrid for candidates within 50 km of the Waterloo, Ontario office and fully remote for those farther away, with a base salary of CAD 160,000 to 190,000.
