Advance Mfg. Co, Inc. is hiring a full-time Director of Finance in Westfield, Massachusetts, to serve as the site finance leader and strategic partner to the Business Unit CFO, General Manager, and senior leadership. The role leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial reporting, variance analysis, financial systems, and financial oversight; supports business integration, ERP implementation, and growth initiatives; and builds and leads the finance team. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, at least eight years of progressive FP&A or operational finance experience, and strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and ERP skills.
