Burkland is a remote-first company that provides finance and accounting services to venture-backed startups. They are seeking a Director of Finance, Consumer & Real Estate to partner with consumer brands and real-estate-adjacent businesses. The role involves building scalable finance foundations, optimizing unit economics, margin expansion, inventory and cash-flow, and capital planning. The Director will also act as a strategic partner to founders, advising on fundraising, capital structure, revenue recognition, and mentoring junior consultants.
