Qualified Health is hiring a Director of Forward Deployed Engineering to own end-to-end data integration for 2–4 health system partners and lead a pod of 2–3 Healthcare AI Solutions Engineers. The role designs and operates production data pipelines using Epic Clarity, FHIR, Delta Lake, Databricks, Azure, and related technologies; manages partner technical relationships; and develops reusable integration standards. Candidates need 7+ years of data engineering or engineering leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, and strong healthcare data and cloud skills. The role offers a base salary of $185,000–$225,000 plus equity and benefits.
