Description
The Director of FP&A leads financial planning and analysis, including annual budgeting, long-term strategic planning, forecasting, financial modeling, performance analysis, reporting, risk management, and FP&A system improvements. The role partners with executives and the board, manages and mentors the FP&A team, and requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of finance experience including management, strong analytical and modeling skills, ERP and business intelligence proficiency, and strong communication and strategic abilities.
