The Briarwood Retirement Community is hiring a full-time, exempt Director of Fund Development in Worcester, Massachusetts, on a four-day-per-week schedule. The role manages approximately 150 active donors and 40 corporate prospects, develops annual appeal and legacy-giving strategies, cultivates major donors, oversees donor events and acknowledgments, maintains donor and memorial-gift records, and supports development committee activities. The position requires a four-year college degree, 3–5 years of progressive fundraising experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably nonprofit fundraising experience; Sage 50/Abila experience is a plus. The salary range is $56,576 to $65,000 annually, with health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance among the benefits.
