Description
Webull is hiring a Director of Futures & Prediction Markets to lead the buildout and operational management of Futures and Event Contracts products and trading infrastructure. The role covers requirements, functional design, testing, implementation, production readiness, trading infrastructure, order routing, clearing connectivity, trade flow monitoring, issue escalation, client account support, margin and liquidation configuration, and coordination with clearing, operations, and risk teams. It requires 8+ years of front-office and back-office experience, hands-on Futures infrastructure experience, and an active Series 3 license, with a base salary of $165,000–$205,000 annually plus bonus and benefits.
