The role owns portfolio strategy, organizational capability, governance, talent development, supplier relationship management, business partnership, and AI-enabled category management across Workplace, Infrastructure, and Lab Operations. It requires a bachelor's degree and 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 10+ years leading global teams and managers, with experience in category management, large global spend portfolios, organizational transformation, and supplier governance. The position is full time, offers a $160,000–$220,000 salary range, requires 25% travel, and is eligible for relocation.
